Educational programs like Seasome Street can be helpful to your baby and you can take a clue from such type of programs and help your baby to learn language. For example, you can practice an alphabet or a number for the whole week. Watch the TV serial sesame street and get an idea how to teach the alphabet or a number by selecting funny and interesting examples. Make reading and counting fun time for your baby. If you are going to teach an alphabet “A” to your baby in first week then try to eat fruit that starts with an alphabet “A”, give biscuits to your baby having a shape like “A”. Be creative and make the reading time fun for your baby.

•Count everything
Count with your baby, count the stairs, count the blocks that your baby have, count the cookies with your baby, count your baby’s toes and fingers, count your baby’s eyes, ears, nose and count each and everything with your baby. Make a routine to count things loudly with your baby so that your little one learns the counting.
