Here are some tricks to encourage your baby to have developed better soothing skills.
•Buy a co-sleeper or borrow it from your friend or a relative, if you are unable to find a co-sleeper than take off one side of a crib and join it your bed to make a crib as a side car. Bath your infant and play a soft back ground music to your baby and than nurse him or bottle feed him and help him to sleep. Gently roll your baby into a co-sleeper when you make sure that he feels asleep.
•Buy a musical toy and put it near your baby, play it during a day time or you can also borrow a musical teddy bear toy for your baby to cuddle it during nap time.
•Repeat the same procedure for the night time but before putting your baby to sleep at night, follow solid routine of bathing, reading books, playing with musical toys and than nurse him or bottle feed him and gently play a soft music for your lovely and help him to sleep. Repeat the same procedure every night until it becomes a routine for your baby. |
