An implantation bleeding is a positive sign of pregnancy and nothing to worry at all. But when bleeding happens during on its first month to nine months of pregnancy is a positive sign that problem arises. The call of a professional should be done immediately. From its first month to fifth month of pregnancy, bleeding may be due to the following reasons:
• Miscarriage. Miscarriage is genetic in nature and we cannot do anything with that. Signs of miscarriage are the following,
o Vaginal bleeding
o Severe pain in the lower abdomen
o Tissues are passing out to the vagina

• Ectopic Pregnancy. The fertilized egg implants outside from the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy, though not cause by genetic factor is also an inevitable. The only organ that can carry and nurture the weight of a baby is our uterus. Other than that, will not hold the baby long and bleeding happens. Signs of ectopic pregnancy are the following,
o Sharp pain in the lower abdominal area
o HCG significantly dropped
o Vaginal bleeding
A woman who have had infection in the fallopian tube, pelvic surgery and has experience ectopic pregnancy before are most likely to develop another ectopic pregnancy.
• Molar Pregnancies. This is the rarest kind of bleeding. Molar connotes an abnormal growth of fetal tissue instead of an embryo. Or rather, you have the baby in your womb but because of the rapid growth of this molar, the baby died and the molar continue to grow. Signs of molar pregnancy are the following,
o Vaginal bleeding
o Very high HCG
o No fetal heart beat is felt
o A grape like clusters are seen in the uterus when ultra sound is performed
