Tips to avoid food fight with your children

Well, lots of babies are picky eaters and they don’t like to eat all kind of stuff. To handle this type of situation, here are some useful tips for you.

•Time- Try to schedule meal time properly so that you and your baby both enjoy it without having any stress.

•Where to sit- Make sure that your baby sits in a comfortable position so that he can easily enjoy his meal. If your baby does not sit well or if you have a continuous fear that your little one will away from his chair or your baby is not able to see the food well then you will both have disturbing dinner.

•Avoid distractions- Meal time should be free of distractions. Do not tune in to TV or do not put toys near your baby during meal time because your baby will keep on playing with these toys and he will never have his meal with proper concentration.

•Make food presentable- Presentation of a food plays an important role. Make sure that the food you are going to put in front of your baby should be presentable and it actually tempts your baby. Lots of kids do not like to taste any new food because they think that new foods will taste bad but if you will present new food with good presentation then they will definitely like to taste small portion of the food.
