Parenting course make baby food
Serve or Store food for the baby

Once, your little one taken the meal, you can easily store or freeze the remaining food in a freezer so that your baby can easily use it during his next feeding session. Do not prepare your baby’s food in large quantity because freeze food is not as healthy as fresh food made from fresh vegetables or fruits. Do not leave the prepared food in open air for longer duration of time because it will get spoiled and can harm your little infant.

•Always serve the prepared food to your baby at room temperature. If you feed your baby from the container then do not store the container because there are greater chances for the growth of bacteria in it.

•Store the prepared food in a freezer bags, Tupperware and you can even use ice cube trays as well. Each ice cube is approximately 1 ounce therefore it’s easy for you to measure the quantity as well.

•You can easily store meat up to three months and vegetables and fruits up to six months but it’s better to prepare fresh food for your baby. Consult your pediatrician as well about stored food.

•At the time of serving, you just have to put out chilled food from the freezer and you have to put it double boil it or you can use microwave as well to warm the freeze food.
