You have already started to feed cereals, vegetables and fruits to your baby. Now you can continue feeding 3 to 4 feedings of breast or formula milk along with high proteins diet. High proteins diet includes, boiled or cooked pieces of lamb, chicken, boneless fish and turkey.You can also give egg yolks to your baby as well because they are rich in proteins. You can also feed your baby mild cheese and peanut butter as well because chances of food allergy is rare with these foods. If you want to use jar food then do not use food that contains vegetables and meat because there is normally less content of meat and vegetables in these ready made foods.
At this age, you can start to give snacks, crackers and pastas to your baby as well because your baby can easily digest them. As your baby grows, his diet will contain three regular meals long with snacks that you will give twice to your baby. If you have deficiency of fluoride content in your water then consult your pediatrician to use water with fluoride content  |
