Parenting course start baby on solic foods
What sort of foods should I serve to my baby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Well, your baby will have no idea about breakfast food or lunch food but what important for your baby is, what type of food you are offering him and at what time. To make your feeding time happy with your baby, try to figure out your baby’s mood and willingness to eat certain type of food by your baby rather then considering traditional ideas related to feeding time.

Make sure that you are well prepared for erratic feeding pattern of your baby as well. Sometimes babies eat in small quantity but they eat after small intervals rather then following three big meals therefore it’s good to feed your baby according to his feeding pattern.

Parents should know that the taste buds that recognize sweet flavor are found on the tip of the tongue. Therefore if parents want to introduce sweet food to their baby, they should place the food at the tip of the tongue. For salty food, parents should place the salty food on the sides of the tongue.

When my baby started to eat other foods, I would usually start with boiled egg yolk. You can also choose the food which your baby likes to eat more.
