Parenting course start baby on solic foods
How will I figure out that the food is upsetting my baby?

Try to start with single food. Continue to feed your baby the new food for at least 1 week, if you feel that your baby is easily digesting the food then you can start another food in second wee. But if your baby shows you some symptoms of food allergy then you have to blame on the food that you have introduced to your baby. Here are some most common signs of food allergies.

•Your baby will feel gassiness and bloating.
•He will have red type of rashes on his face exactly like sandpaper.
•He will have runny nose and watery eyes as well.
•He will have red rashes as well around his anus. Doctors also referred it as a targeted area.
•He will have mucous like stool and will have diarrhea as well.
•If he has increase spitting up of milk or vomiting then it’s also a sign of food allergy.

Your baby’s stool color will keep on changing when you introduce him new foods. Like if you have introduced red vegetables like carrots, beets, watermelon, and then he may have red pieces of food in his stool as well. But it’s not the sign of food allergy at all.
